The dress is clean and ready to be worn. The lace is not in perfect condition either. It is frayed in places and some of the holes in the lace look larger than they should. The upper bodice has a pink lining underneath and this makes the upper bodice of the dress look sort of pink from the outside. There's a metal zipper and hook and eye closure at centerback. This dress is made of a soft cotton and/or cotton blend. The bust is darted.  The sleeves are approx. elbow length and there are buttons at each sleeve hem. There are buttons for closure at centerfront. There are many gathers at the waist to create fullness in the skirt.  The measurements are as follows: Bust: 38" Waist: 32" Length from centerback neck waist and waist to hem: 15.5"/25" Shoulder to shoulder: 17" Hips: Free Sweep: approx. 88" This dress is in fair to good condition. The previous owner must have LOVED this dress very much. There are areas, particularily in the front bodice where the fabric is worn or has started to wear through. There is also a smaller hole on the underside of the back collar, not terribly visible because it's on the underside however, you can see part of the hole on the seam on the outside. Also, it looks like the hem in the waist was let out before and you can see remants of where the waist was let out. You may want to take this back in again. Due to the waist being let out, this has created a few holes right on the waist seam area. Lastly, you can see this same type of issue or the beginnings of very small holes in each armhole.
