This dress is in good condition. One of the flower appliques has unraveled a bit, but it's not that big of a deal. The fabric is very lightweight and almost slippery. I'm not quite sure what it is to be honest. The dress has a peter pan collar and cap sleeves. The collar and sleeves have lace trim. There's also lace on the upper bodice of the dress. There's a button closure at centerback. The measurements are as follows: This dress looks as if it would fit a 0-3 month old. I'm not quite sure how to measure infant/toddler garments.  There are no rips, holes, tears. There's one small discoloration spot right at the centerback hem. It's very light and the centerback flap on the opposite side covers it up. This spot may or may not come out with cleaning.
