I honestly do not know what the fabric content of this dress is. I think it's a black rayon poly blend or some sort of blend. It has some stretch to it. The bodice is fitted and the bust is darted. The sleeves are very long and there are buttons at each sleeve hem. The sleeves fold over them hems (they appear a bit longer and fold over like a bubble, if that makes any sense). The sleeve hems also have some gathering. The waist seam has the same type of gathering. The skirt part of the dress has two bubble type ruffles. There's a zipper and hook & eye closure at centerback. The dress is fully lined. The dress measures: Bust: 34-36" Waist: 27" Hips: 38" Length from centerback to waist and waist to hem: 15"/21.5" This dress is in good condition. There are no rips, stains or holes. There is a tear in the inside lining near the centerback seat area. I will repair this prior to shipping out. Lastly, the belt in the pic is not included with the dress. The dress is  made of a medium to heavier weight wool fabric. The dress has shoulder pads and pearl & rhinestone buttons and a zipper for closure at centerback. The waist is slightly dropped and there are two rows of pleats in the skirt. The measurements are as follows: Shoulder to shoulder: 17" Bust: 38" Waist: 30" Hips: 40" Length from centerback to waist and waist to hem: 17"/26" This dress is in good condition. I cannot find any rips, holes, stains or tears. There are a few places where the fabric looks slightly pilled, but it's only noticeable upon close inspection. I no longer have the original belt.
