The fabric looks almost hand painted in places, but don't quote me on that. It's probably just the way the fabric was manufactured. There's a union label inside the garment. This dress was originally sold at Ivey Wade in Austin, Texas. This dress is made of a white cotton or cotton blend eyelet fabric. The upper bodice is halter style and ties at the neck as well as at the back lower waist (there's a piece of fabric that attaches at each side seam and goes around to the back). Just below the tie on the back, there is a hook & eye closure and then snap closures just below that. The lower part of the skirt. The bottom part of the skirt is lined. The measurements are as follows: The tag states vintage size 9 which is pretty small. Bust: 34" Waist:  26" Hips: 38" Length from back waist to hem: 45" This garment appears to be in good condition. The top neck tie has some fraying on the edges which I will clip prior to shipping out. The inner skirt lining has many holes (some are fairly large and some are small) however, this is inside and not visible from the outside.
