This dress is made of a medium weight polyester or poly blend knit fabric. The dress is turquoise. There's gathering at the front neck. There's a nylon zipper and hook & eye closure at centerback. The dress is sleeveless and has a tie belt at the waist. There's a screenprinted flower and leaves on the lower front part of the skirt and "Shaheen" signed on the bottom (the dress label is no longer with the dress, but I know it's Shaheen due to the signature on the fabric). The measurements are as follows: Bust: 40" Waist:  28" Hips: Full Length from centerback neck to waist and waist to hem: 15"/27.5" This garment appears to be in good condition. There are some discoloration spots (one small spot in the upper front bodice, a slightly larger spot near the flowers in the lower skirt and a few spots on the back of the skirt). This dress is made of a nylon poly blend, I think. The outer fabric is a light sheer slip type of fabric and the under lining fabric feels like a slippery poly fabric. The dress is a seafoam green color. The upper bodice has a really cool angled ruching effect as well as white embroidered floral appliques. There's a satin like tie at the waist. There's a zipper & hook and eye closure at centerback. The dress is maxi length and the skirt is really pretty full. There's boning on the sides of the bodice. The under part of the dress is made of an acetate type of lining. All hems (neckline, sleeve and dress hem) have scalloped edges. The bust is darted. There's a metal zipper and hook and eye closure at centerback. The outer part of the dress is made of a toffee colored lace with gold lurex thread in places and there are gold lurex type ribbons, irridescent ribbons woven throughout. The front part of the dress has faux chunky amber colored faux buttons (they are only there for decoration). I have searched throughout this entire dress for a lable and have not been able to find one. This dress is definitely commercially made however, I am not sure by what designer/label. The under layer of fabric (sheath layer) is a is a lighter fuschia colored taffeta type of fabric. The entire outer layer is a fuschia/bright pink colored chiffon crepe fabric. This dress has an empire waistline. There is a band of beads at the front waist area that extends from one armhole to the other armhole. The bust is darted.  The back of the dress is scooped. The dress is sleeveless. There's a metal zipper and hook and eye closure at centerback. There are also two crepe tails that hang from the centerback scoop hem to the dress hem. There's a very large slit at the centerback hem.
