*FLORAL LACE ILLUSION*20s Vintage Dress Capelet $95.00 (+ postage of $11.00) Up for your consideration is a really fabulous vintage 20s-30s lace dress and matching capelet jacket, size small-medium. The dress and jacket are both made of a stretchy ivory colored floral lace. The neckline is cut into a "vee" at the front and back. The dress has hook and eye closures at the side seam. There's a piece of braided silk(?) fabric at the waist as well as at each sleeve hem. The measurements are as follows: Bust: 36" Waist: 26" Hips: 38" Length from centerback neck to waist and waist to hem: 7"/39" This dress is in  fair to good condition. The inside lining at the bust on the dress is torn from one side. The dress looks dirty near the lower hem and the hem looks stretched out and  uneven. There are also random holes throughout the dress and capelet. I will try to repair/sew these as best as I possibly can prior to shipping out to you. Lastly, the lace color varies in places. The outer fabric is a cream colored lace and there is a thin rayon(?) lining underneath. There is velvet trim at both the upper and lower hems. Snap closures at the side. The dress ties at centerback neck. I have honestly never seen a halter style dress this old. Bust: 34" Waist: 28" Hips: 38" Length from top of centerback to waist and waist to hem: 6"/43" Fair to good condition! There are some discoloration  spots starting at the front mid skirt going down to the lower front skirt.  Also, there are quite a few holes in the lace near the discoloration spots. The lace could be sewn together and the dress would still be wearable however, the lace feels and looks very fragile and could possibly rip in more places.
