I am thinking this piece is late, late 1950′s or 1960′s
- Monogram canvas, leather trim, and handles
- Interior is muslin or linena and shows age
- Zipper is fully functional however there is a section of leather that has come unstitched, but doesn’t interfere with zipper functionality as long as you are careful.
_ this is a pieces that has a wood foundation and is in really great shape for it’s age, however keep in mind it is 40+ years old

The bag and flowers on it are made of Italian leather. Lined with a plum cotton. Bag is slightly gathered. In front of the bag, there are assortment of flower ornaments sewn to a bag, finally adorned with rivets.

Great vintage ruched dark chocolate brown leather purse from the 1970′s. This medium sized purse is made of a soft and supple dark chocolate brown leather. It features a long shoulder strap, gold tone metal hardware and a ruched design along the front of the bag. The interior is composed of three separate compartments which are accessed through zippers on either end and a snap closure in the center of the bag. Each compartment is lined with a soft dark brown vinyl and the central compartment contains a zippered pocket along one side. Aside from a few minor scuff marks and some tarnishing to the gold tone metal hardware, this ruched dark chocolate brown leather purse is in very good vintage condition!
The purse measures 8″ high by 11″ wide. The base measures 2.5″ across, with room for expansion. The shoulder strap drop measures 15″.
